PERFECT X HAIR Service Policies
At PERFECT X HAIR, we are committed to providing exceptional hair services that leave you feeling confident and satisfied. Your happiness is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns and do everything we can to make you happy.
Appointment Confirmations & Deposits
We require clients to confirm their appointments. Our booking system will send a confirmation request 72 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior, we may cancel it after attempting to contact you by phone or email.
Deposit fees apply for long sessions: $50 for 3 hours and $100 for 5 hours. Please refer to the information in our scheduling app when booking your appointment.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for canceling an appointment.
If you wish to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations can be made by phone, through our scheduling app, or in person.
No-Shows
1st No-Show: Deposits are non-refundable.
Subsequent No-Shows: To book a new appointment, you must pay 50% of the service fee for the missed appointment. New appointments will not be accepted if there is an outstanding balance.
Running Late
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to modify the service to fit the remaining time.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more without contacting us, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
Extension of Service
If you wish to extend your service, and if time permits, we can accommodate an extension beyond the original booking.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services.
If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If a correction appointment is needed, it must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. Beyond this window, additional fees may apply.
