Where should I park?
There is paid street parking in front of the salon on Yonge St. There is also a Green P parking lot behind the salon. The address for the parking lot is 10 Kingsdale Ave.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancelling any appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. For more information, please refer to our Policies page.
What should I do if I’m running late?
Please give us a call to let us know when you will arrive. We may have to reschedule your appointment or modify the service to fit the remaining appointment time.
What type of payment do you take?
We gladly accept credit card and debit card payments. As of now, we do not accept cash.
