Directions and Parking
Yonge & Empress Location
Parking: There is paid street parking in front of the salon on Yonge St. There is also a Green P parking lot behind the salon. The address for the parking lot is 10 Kingsdale Ave.
TTC: Exit at North York Centre Station and walk 5 minutes north on Yonge street.
Yonge & Sheppard Location
Parking: There is paid underground parking in the building. The entrance to the parking lot is at 9 Bogert Ave. Once you enter the parking lot, follow the signs for Food Basics and LCBO parking. You can park on P1 or P2 and take the elevators to the ground floor. We are located at the southwest corner of the ground floor, right across from the food court.
TTC: The building is subway accessible at Sheppard-Yonge station. Exit Sheppard-Yonge station towards Pontyz Ave. When you see the Proctor and Gamble building, turn right towards Emerald Park and go up the stairs to enter the building.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for cancelling any appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. For more information, please refer to our Policies page.
What should I do if I’m running late?
Please give us a call to let us know when you will arrive. We may have to reschedule your appointment or modify the service to fit the remaining appointment time.
What type of payment do you take?
We gladly accept credit card and debit card payments. As of now, we do not accept cash.
